The line did move rather quickly despite the amount of people waiting and despite each person getting their temperature checked and a wrist band placed on them. No-one was practicing social distancing even though there were clear markers on the floor showing where each person should be standing. Once we got to the casino area, the line was tremendous. Once we were on the elevator, it would go all the way up and then come all the way back down. It took us a very long time to get on an elevator and to get to the actual casino area. On the other hand, when you have one or two elevators running and a huge line of people waiting to get in, it becomes an issue. On the one hand, it is very good that they only want 4 people in an elevator at one time given the current situation with the pandemic.

There was definitely a lack of signage to help with this. I did think the parking facility could have been laid out much better because it took us a minute or two to figure out where we had to go after we parked. When we arrived, although it did seem crowded, it didn't take us long to find parking. The drive to the casino was a bit daunting going through the steep winding Smoky Mountains on an extremely rainy day but it was also kind of fun at the same time. Having visited many other casinos across the country, we were excited to try this one in North Carolina.
